2002

  • Provided leak sealing service for China’s first 600Mw Supercritical power-gen unit ( main-steam pressure 24.1Mpa & temperature up to 538/566℃).
  • Developed a special leak sealing method for Hydrogen cooler.
  • Developed another pressure seal leak sealing method.
2004
  • Passed ISO9000:2000 Quality Management System Certification.
  • Used a new idea of “stand-by leak sealing service for 168 hours commissioning test of power station” for the first time
  • As the only technical support for “The first phase of the thermal power plant leak sealing application of new technologies seminar” held by China Electricity Council.
  • Provided leak sealing service for China’s first 600 Mw supercritical power-gen unit (main-steam pressure up to 24.2Mpa & temperature up to 566/566℃) made in China.
2005
  • As the only technical support for “The second phase of the thermal power plant leak sealing application of new technologies seminar” held by China Electricity Council.
  • Developed a new method for EH oil leak sealing.
  • Established an internal Leak Sealing Technology notification mechanism.
2006
  • Provided leak sealing service for 31 new power plant units in 2006 as idea “stand-by leak sealing service for 168 hours commissioning test of power station”.
  • Served more than 100 power plants in 2006.
2007
  • Provided leak sealing service for the first domestic 660Mw ultra-supercritical power-gen unit ( main-steam pressure 25Mpa & temperature up to 600/600℃) in Yingkou City.
  • Provided leak sealing service for the second domestic 660Mw ultra-supercritical power-gen unit in Jiangsu province.
  • Provided leak sealing service for Taizhou 1000Mw ultra-supercritical power-gen unit ( main-steam pressure 26.25Mpa & temperature up to 600/600℃).
2008
  • Involved in the drafting and compilation of the national standards of the ” Technical Specifications for Pressure Equipment Leak Sealing
2009
  • Fully implemented the management system of ”leak sealing risk identification “ .
2010
  • Provided leak sealing service for nuclear power station.
2011
  • Introducing clear (low halogen and sulfur) compound into nuclear power stations
2012
  • Become qualified service providers of China Nuclear, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, the two major nuclear power station groups in China. Continue to provide leak sealing services to its subsidiary Yangjiang, Qinshan,Ningde, Fuqing and Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Stations.
